Lane Brannan is a passionate people leader who loves taking part in developing people to realize their potential and believes this is the key to effective leadership. Lane aligns teams, forcing collaboration, efficiency, and great results because of effective cross team communication, strategic alignment, and celebration of small and large wins.
Lane was fortunate early in his career to join a great group of leaders who founded and massively grew Cbeyond, Inc. During his 12+ years at Cbeyond, Lane carried a bag, lead small teams, and ultimately led a 300+ employee region in the Western US. He often talks about Cbeyond being the formative time in his leadership education. He’s since leveraged that experience into leading sales as the VP of Enterprise Sales at GTRI, leading Marketing and Sales as the Chief Revenue Officer at Four Winds Interactive, and now leads Marketing and Sales as Chief Revenue Officer at Convercent.

Lane is a West Texas transplant to the Rocky Mountains. He was raised in Odessa, TX and graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Marketing from Hardin Simmons University before moving to Denver in late 2000.
Lane loves his work but not as much as he loves his wife, Stef, and their 3 children. He enjoys everything from the simple family dinner at night to great family times in the mountains skiing, hiking, or just being outside. Often described as vocal and gregarious, Lane will also tell you that he enjoys the absolute quiet of the woods more than any setting in the world.
