331 PM EST Tue Mar 9 2021 /231 PM CST Tue Mar 9 2021/ DAY ONE Tonight. Flooding along the Ohio and Green Rivers continues. Afternoon relative humidities between 20 and 30 percent, with southwest winds at 10 to 15 mph, will result in elevated fire danger. Conditions improve after sunset. DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN Wednesday through Monday. Elevated fire danger will continue Wednesday afternoon due to a combination of relative humidity reaching 30 to 35 percent, with winds at 15 to 20 mph, gusting near 30 mph. Thursday and Friday, A slow moving front will bring heavy rain to the region. This could cause isolated flooding for areas that remain saturated from previous rainfall. The heaviest rain is expected across southern Indiana and north central Kentucky. SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT Spotter activation is not anticipated at this time.
