I don’t know how many thousands of dollars I’ve spent with this company over the last decade, but my last order was $800.00 in Sept. I could not put the radiator braces ($210.00) on the bike as one of the radiators was bent, and was refused even a company credit, even though the guards are unopened.
Well, Rocky Mountain just lost a good customer and perhaps 10+k in business over the next ten years as 2 of my nephews are now riding and we have more bikes.
Ok, on to the next website to leave another scathing review. And then another
